In a pot with boiling water add the macaroni, salt, and boil according to the packet’s instructions.
Drain and set aside to cool.
In a bowl add the mustard, the honey, the sunflower oil, the lime zest and juice, salt, pepper, and mix with a hand whisk.
Add the macaroni into the bowl and mix.
Cut the peppers into thin strips, finely chop the fennel bulb, the sun-dried tomatoes, the green part of the spring onions, the fennel leaves, and add them to the bowl. Add the octopus and mix everything together.
Serve with olive oil and pepper.
